Healthy Water Drinking Practices

- Don’t ever postpone drinking water if you feel thirsty
- Don’t opt any soft drink, cold drink, beverages to quench thirst, go for pure clean water only
- In summer or when you are exhausted, you can take buttermilk, lassi, lime juice, coconut water etc. in addition to water
- Drink a glass of water before each meal to improve digestion
- Drink water hourly when working, sip little quantity a time
- Don’t drink much water during meals
- Take a glass of water before going bed and also when you wake up in morning
- Take sufficient water some time before and sometime after exercise
