Healthy Water Drinking Practices

  • Don’t ever postpone drinking water if you feel thirsty 
  • Don’t opt any soft drink, cold drink, beverages to quench thirst, go for pure clean water only 
  • In summer or when you are exhausted, you can take buttermilk, lassi, lime juice, coconut water etc. in addition to water 
  • Drink a glass of water before each meal to improve digestion 
  • Drink water hourly when working, sip little quantity a time 
  • Don’t drink much water during meals 
  • Take a glass of water before going bed and also when you wake up in morning 
  • Take sufficient water some time before and sometime after exercise
